To do what it takes to run a project, the
Foreman will champion the following:
2. Site Safety and Weekly Safety Meetings 3. Permitting 4. Staffing, Supervision and Development of Carpenters and Laborers 5. Coordination of Material Procurement and Deliveries 6. Find methods to increase productions, quality, and improve safety 7. Review and process field changes and extra job work orders
Prerequisites for this position include: Supervisory experience, minimum of 5 years in construction services, strong communication and leadership skills with good planning and organization skills. An associate degree in construction management or a related field is a plus. General construction background, excellent analytical skills and a strong mechanical aptitude are required. Earned certifications and documented personal performances are highly regarded.
