This highly intensive 2 story, 45,000 square foot mechanical building was added to
Central’s list late in 2008. Central’s
general trades package for this project is quiet extensive ranging from
Millwork and Division 10 Specialties to Division 14 Conveyance Systems.
Despite this complex scope, Central is still performing services such as metal
stud framing, drywall, and door and hardware installation.
