For
this highly complex structural framing new construction of the Performing Arts
Center at Governor Drummer Academy Central’s scope of work included setting LVL
floor joist, 2x10 exterior wall framing, roof trusses, as well as structural
insulation roof panels. After installing
approximately 200 squares of roof shingles, the Rough Carpentry crew installed Hardi-Plank siding and Hardi Panels along with
the associated cedar trim to wrap up the 1st phase of the project
for CENTRAL.
Under
phase 2 of the project, Central spearheads the hanging and finishing
of approximately 4,500 sheets of drywall.
