Located in the heart of Boston’s Seaport District and completed in 2016, the 380,000 sq. ft. Goodwin Procter Project featured 10 floors of curved and angled office fitout. Each floor is connected by unique staircases that wind through the building and create varying atrium conditions on every floor. Central’s scope included the complicated layout, framing and drywall of all interior walls, ceilings, and soffits, as well as the Ipe decking on the top floor.
