Completed in 2019, the Wentworth Multipurpose Academic Building is a 4 story 78,000 sqft academic building featuring labs, offices, and meeting rooms for the engineering, science, and innovation programs. Central provided the backup framing for the metal panel facade, exterior wood soffits, interior framing/drywall, ACT, linear wood ceilings, and wood feature walls. Utilizing BIM and other construction technologies, we were able to pre-identify MEP penetrations to enhance construction workflows onsite.
